The Sierra Club of Hawaiʻi's CapitolWatch Program is launching a Volunteer In-District State Lobby Team to target strategically important state legislative districts and ensure that those representatives and senators are educated on our issues. In-District Lobbyists work to build long-term relationships with their representatives and become trusted messengers on priority environmental legislation.
As a voter and constituent you have the power to build a relationship with your state legislators, share your story, and lobby for action on priority issues that impact our climate, clean air, water, and public health. Are you interested in joining our program?
Fill out this form to let us know you are interested in joining in the Chapter's In-District Lobby Program. For more information on the volunteer role, you can view the volunteer job description here.
