The Natural Resources Management Act, S. 47 will:

Permanently reauthorize the Land and Water Conservation Fund;

Congressionally establish the Every Kid Outdoors program;

Designate 724,628 acres of wilderness in southern Utah;

Designate a new National Monument in Mississippi in honor of civil rights leader Medgar Evers;

Creates Wilderness and Mineral Withdrawals in New Mexico, Washington state, Montana, Oregon and California; and designates Wild and Scenic Rivers in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
