Nomination form for Sprog - the Sierra Student Coalition's summer leadership training program!

Sprog is a one-week program that teaches tools for environmental and social justice activism to young people across the country.

Trainings at Sprog provide a comprehensive set of skills and knowledge, including campaign planning, crafting tactics, leadership development, building coalitions, working with communities, practicing self-care, identifying and confronting oppression, creating outreach and media materials, talking to reporters, and much more. It will connect participants with a supportive network of youth activists in their region who fight similar battles and share similar passions. Participants have described it as one of the most inspiring and fulfilling weeks of their life!

Sprog is being held in four locations in 2019: 
Midwest Sprog: June 30th - July 6th at Camp Lockslea (Fridley, Minnesota)
Puerto Rico Sprog: June 29th - July 6th at the Campamento Obispo Fred P. Corson in (Jayuya, Puerto Rico) **Program run entirely in Spanish
South Sprog: July 16th - 23rd at the Highlander Research & Education Center (New Market, Tennessee)
West Sprog: July 12th - July 19th at Point Bonita YMCA (Sausalito, CA)
