Under the Clean Air Act, California has the ability to set standards for vehicles to reduce pollution. Other states can then adopt these standards to help protect you and the air you breathe. Now, Trump and his pals in the EPA and the Department of Transportation are attacking that authority. California's rules have helped states clean their air, save their residents money at the pump, and reduce climate pollution. The only people that will benefit from this attack on state authority are oil companies.
