Keep Kids Outdoors: Support the Every Kid Outdoors Reauthorization Act

I’m writing to urge you to cosponsor the Every Kid Outdoors Reauthorization Act. This bill would continue a successful program that provides every 4th grader — and now 5th grader — and their family with a free annual pass to explore our national parks, forests, refuges, and public lands. This program removes financial barriers for families and ensures all children, no matter their background, can enjoy the physical, mental, and educational benefits of spending time outdoors. Making the program permanent and expanding it to fifth-graders is a smart, equitable, and common-sense step to connect the next generation with America’s public lands, and ensure lifelong engagement with the outdoors Please stand up to make sure our kids and families have every opportunity to connect with parks and public lands by cosponsoring the Every Kid Outdoors Reauthorization Act.
