Sierra Club is committed to protecting 30% of US lands and waters by 2030. We will achieve our ambitious goal to protect “30x30” with the help of a strong network of grassroots activists across the nation, and by working closely with a diverse coalition of partners and allies. Sierra Club envisions a just, equitable, and sustainable future where all people benefit from a healthy, thriving planet and a direct connection to nature.
We Need You!
Here in Wyoming, our expansive undeveloped landscapes uniquely position us to lead the effort on Sierra Club’s 30x30 campaign with the help of a strong and dedicated Wyoming team of activist leaders. We're depending on people like you to join our team. Team members will work with Sierra Club staff and campaign partners to develop and implement our work to protect undeveloped lands and water. We need volunteers of all backgrounds and with a variety of skills to help us with this critical work.
Team members will help:
- Plan our Wyoming work
- Communicate with our members and allies with written materials, email alerts, and social media
- Plan and carry out events and activities
- Develop and implement effective media strategies
- Participate in regular meetings
