Join us to celebrate our progress on environmental issues this legislative session and learn about what is in store for the rest of 2026 and beyond! Enjoy some delicious appetizers and drinks on us at Busboy and Poets in Hyattsville! We will recognize our incredible volunteers, staff, and legislators who sponsored legislation we supported; network with fellow activists; and begin to look forward to our issue campaigns this year and beyond!

Vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan options will be available. The entrance, restrooms, and top part of the event room near the bar area with tables and booths are wheelchair accessible. There are a few steps down to the lower part of the room.

Transit Instructions: Nearby bus routes are the P1X, P10, and P30 operated by WMATA. For those with bicycles, Busboy and Poets is about a mile bike ride from the College Park Metrorail station on the trolley trail.

There is a parking lot for Busboy and Poets in the Shoppes Art District behind Yes Organic Market. If that parking fills up there is a city parking lot (that should be free on Sundays) less than .5 mile away by Franklin's restaurant.
