O: Moderate Dilley Loop hike
Join us for a figure 8 walk around the James Dilley Preserve. This 3.5 mile hike will take us past Barbaras Lake and along a ridge line with views inland to the Santa Ana Mountains. There is only 500 to 600 feet of elevation gain but some of the trails are a little steep so you may want hiking poles. I have listed this as a moderate hike only due to the couple of steep areas. Park trails can be closed for several days after it rains, please register so we can send you cancellation information if needed.
