Tennessee Chapter Winter Retreat & ExCom Meeting
January 17 thru 19 - Cedars of Lebanon State Park

Activities at the Winter Retreat Include

SATURDAY
7:30 to 9:00 AM: Breakfast at Group Lodge

9:30 AM: Winter hike with a park ranger. Hidden Springs Trail. 4.5 miles, relatively flat. Distinctive limestone formations. Includes the 0.4 miles limestone sink loop trail.

9:30 to 11:30 AM: Activities at the Lodge for those not hiking or in case of inclement weather. Check the website for details that are being finalized as this goes to press.

1:00 to 4:30 PM: Speakers Block, “Updates on Conservation Activities and Legislation.” Check the website for details that are being finalized as this goes to press.

6:00 PM to 7:00 PM: Dinner at the Group Lodge

7:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Silent Auction

8:00 PM to 9:30 PM: Entertainment and Bonfire with S’mores

SUNDAY
7:00 to 8:00 AM: Breakfast

8:00 AM to Noon: Chapter ExCom Meeting

9:30 AM: Winter hike with a park ranger. Cedar Forest Trail. 1.8 miles. Loop through one of the largest groves of Red Cedars in the United States

Payment due when you arrive at the retreat. Cash or checks only. No credit cards.

Lodging
The Group Lodge has men's and women's dorms. If dorm style lodging is not for you, you can rent a park cabin, or you can camp in your tent or RV in the campground.
