Join Meral Cooper, Sierra Club Outings Leader in an inner and outer journey to connect with nature and yourself. At each bridge at North Cheyenne Canyon's 7 bridges trail, we will explore an energy center of our physical body and how that relates to the Earth. We will take 10 -15 breaks at every bridge to do a guided meditation led by Meral and have discussion. Each bridge will correspond to a different energy center. Bring a crystal/rock of your choice to infuse intention into. A journal/notepad on your phone is recommended for writing your insights. Seven Bridges Trail is a 3.7 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Colorado Springs, Colorado that features a waterfall and is rated as moderate.  Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
