O: Redwoods State and National Parks Hiking Trip Register

This is a week long hiking experience in the Redwood State and National Parks in Humboldt and Del Norte Counties in Northern California.  

These are all day hikes of 5 to 8 miles or so.  Lodging in 3-4 star hotels are included each night.  Each hotel will provide breakfast.  Some lunches will be provided. Dinners are on your own.

Transportation in Northern California will be with 12 passenger Ford Transit vans or something similar. Contact leaders for more information.

Level: Moderate

Cost: Cost of trip is $1395 including a $500 deposit.

Signup Instructions: Contact leaders for copies of the full itinerary, application forms, etc. Fill out, sign, and return the Application Form, Medical Form, and Participant Agreement form per the instructions in the Application Form.

Signup Restrictions: Must have good enough physical condition to hike a number of days, 5-8 miles each day, with elevation gains between 500 to 1000 feet.

Additional Directions: The participants and leaders will meet at the Oakland International Airport to begin the trip and return to the Oakland International Airport at the end.
