Terry and Bruce will present how our food choices and food system affect or aggravate climate change, and vice versa (how climate change is affecting our food). They will explore how and why personal changes are necessary and why our food system also needs big changes the what and why. For example, why buying organic is not the solution many think it is.

Terry and Bruce Wiggins will present how our food choices and food system affect or aggravate climate change, and vice versa (how climate change is affecting our food). They will explore how and why personal changes are necessary and why our food system also needs big changes – the what and why. For example, why buying organic is not the solution many think it is.
They have much experience on food and have been involved in many food organizations for years. They are cooks and eaters, plus lifetime Sierra Club members. Bruce was co-chair of a work group for the City's Climate and Equity Plan, which dealt with food.
