"Carroll County's Future in a Sustainable World " presented by Carroll County Bureau of Solid Waste. Learn about the state of waste management including the use of recycling. Discuss Carroll County's long term, "sustainable, county controlled generational solution for Carroll County." The event is in person at the Exploration Commons at the Westminster Branch of Carroll County Public Library. If you cannot make it in person, the meeting will be broadcast via Zoom.
