Sense-ational Stroll, Philadelphia

2 Celebrations, 1 Day! On National Public Lands Day, AND the beginning of Week Without Driving, join Sierra Club and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Integrative Health team on Saturday, September 28th for a sensory stroll around the garden of CHOP Karabots Center! We will use our nose, ears, eyes, and hands to explore nature and get to know our local wildlife. Use a scavenger hunt to help you find ways to connect to the outdoors!

This outing is family friendly and will feature a guided walk and time for free play. Please check the weather and dress accordingly for the temperature. Bug spray and sunscreen are highly recommended. 

We strongly encourage use of public transit to get to this outing! Register to learn of transportation options. Free SEPTA passes are available.

Integrative Health will provide yoga activities, mini massages, and reiki energy therapy sessions.
