We will visit Karakorum, the capital from Gengis Khan times including the Erdene Zuu Buddhist monastery and many other historical sites. Then, it's on to the Gobi Desert, where we will visit a cave inhabited by people and animals 700,000 to 800,000 years ago. We will see a few sets of petroglyphs on our journey through the desert.
