Join us to hear an update on implementation of the Public Lands Preservation Act (PLPA), now known as an Act Preserving Open Space in the Commonwealth, from MA Energy and Environmental Affairs staff. This law ensures no net loss of protected open space and establishes a process and requirements for submission to the legislature of petitions to authorize the use for another purpose or disposition of land subject to Article 97.
