The Water Team’s mission and goals are to identify, generate, and support a wide array of possible solutions for water issues in MA - namely the 32 Watersheds, Urban waters, Wastewater, Radioactive waste in water, Plastics & Toxics in water, Marine and Freshwater Conservation, Rivers, Whales, etc. The team will pursue these goals by:

●Advancing legislation and advocacy.

●Educating and conducting outreach to members and communities.

●Screening and leading prospective candidates and seasoned politicians.

●Providing consistent resources and teamwork on water issue campaigns.

●Working with local, national and global networks.

Also, the team will provide its support to other MA chapter teams and environmental ally organizations where water issues intersect with their goals, campaigns, and actions.
