I: Eagle Crag (5077') -- Join us for a hike to Eagle Crag. Starting from the Cutca trailhead and we will follow the Cutca trail to the west and into the remote Agua Tibia Wilderness. Eagle Crag is a strenuous hike. We will be starting and ending in the dark. The hike is 18 mi round trip on trail and cross-county. The gain is 4200 ft total with 1500 ft on return. We expect about 9-11 hours to return to the trailhead. High Clearance Vehicles Recommended. Please bring hiking footwear, layers, beverages, lunch, snacks, sunblock and hat. This hike is classified as Back Country; a completed paper Local Outings Medical Form must be available for review by Leader at the beginning of the outing.
