Join us this Saturday as we return to Hollenbeck Park for the third time! 🌳💚

Established in 1892 during LA’s park boom era, this park has seen it all—from vineyards 🍇 and agriculture to classic Hollywood film sets 🎬 and, sadly, the impact of urban planning. 🚧 Hollenbeck is still a thriving green space, but it was also mutilated by freeway construction, turning it into a symbol of segregation through urbanism. But we’re here to reclaim it! 💪♻️

Let’s clean up, talk history, and reflect on how we can protect our parks. Don’t forget your headphones & a charged phone! I have extra trash bags & pickers if you need them. See you there! 🌍✨

Bring: It's really important to bring : A charged phone / Headphone to be able to listen to the talk and to talk about the talk - Gloves to collect trash- Trash Picker- Bags (paper or trash bags)- Closed-toes shoes- Hand sanitizer- Hat- Water. We can share few trash picker if you don't have any.

Additional Directions: Street Parking - or parking in the park. Consider using public transportation (Transportation application : Transit)
