O: Tue Moderate easy pace Hikers / Ray Miller Out and Back

Moderately paced 6 mile hike with 1000 foot elevation gain. Gradual switch backs lead up the canyon on a single track and rewards hikers with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Meet 7:30 AM at the Ray Miller Trail Head. On Pacific Coast Highway approximately 15.5 miles North of Kanan Dume Road at La Jolla Canyon, turn right to parking lot. Consider access via the 101 to Camarillo and southwest on Los Posas and head south on PCH about 4.25 miles. Fee for Parking. Note: Pay Parking Lot does not open until 8:00 AM. Free Parking on PCH read signs carefully. Bring water, snack, hiking, hat, sunscreen. Leaders: Mike Lynch, Fritz Lauer
