You've probably heard about some of the legal battles regarding the future of Line 5, America's most dangerous pipeline. The Nessel v. Enbridge case was recently heard in state court, and one of the central elements to the case is the Public Trust Doctrine. To learn more about this doctrine and how it impacts Line 5 and a host of other issues with our water, we'll be joined by Carrie La Seur, Legal Director for FLOW (For Love of Water), who will be joining us to share her expertise on this topic. Our call will be held on Tuesday, March 11th at 7 pm est on zoom.
