The 2025 legislative session is underway, and the decisions made at the state Capitol will have lasting impacts on Texas communities and ecosystems. That’s why the Sierra Club Lone Star Chapter is bringing advocacy straight to you - no suits, no Capitol offices, just good conversation, great beer, and meaningful action.

On Monday, April 7th at Axelrad in Houston, TX for a Sierra Club Texas Pop-Up, a community-driven event designed to make legislative engagement easy, accessible, and fun. All Texans are invited to connect, take action, and ensure their voices are heard. Throughout the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to write letters, make calls, or send emails to their legislators while enjoying community, interactive activities, refreshments, and a fun environment. To make advocacy even more rewarding, participants will receive thank you gifts and prizes for taking action. Enjoy a special movie showing of the Lorax after you take action!
