Open weekend available to all Sierra Club members, who may bring 2 non-member guests. Bring SC Card. The Host reserves the right to limit the number of people in the lodge to 50 persons who register (no walk-ins will be permitted). A parent or guardian must supervise children at all times. Hosts are in complete charge of the building, utilities & fireplaces. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dormitory sleeping facilities & restrooms with showers. Harwood is operated on a share-the-work basis everyone shares chores to clean-up the lodge for the next weekend. Garbage & Waste must be taken down the mountain by those using the lodge. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the lodge or front porch. No pets allowed. On Open Weekends, no noise producing equipment (radios TVs, cassette/CD players, musical instruments, etc.) is allowed unless agreed by all present, or as listed in the activities schedule. Cell phone or Skype conversations are not permitted anywhere in the lodge or front porch. WiFi available for a fee.

Cost: Cost: $20/per night for Sierra Club members; $25/per night for guests (limit 2 guests per member)
