Come celebrate our brand new climate podcast!
The Sierra Club Angeles Chapter, in collaboration with Stranded Astronaut Productions, is hosting a special party and concert ahead of the April 22nd launch of The Climate Dispatch podcast.
Have you ever wondered exactly where your water comes from? What it means to break up with fossil fuels? Or what 2100 could even look like?
Released weekly, each episode tackles these questions and much more. From oil drilling, water conservation, and transportation - to energy, climate anxiety, and wildfires, we take a deep dive into each issue with insights and testimonies of how change happens. Hearing from people on the frontline of each issue, we uplift local experiences, stories, wins, and struggles of the climate crisis.
This launch party will include a concert by local band Down Time, also featured in the podcast, and opening remarks from the show's host, Tehya Jennett. Be the first to hear a sneak peek of this brand new podcast, and find a climate community through music, drinks, and conversation!
Join us at Permanent Records Roadhouse from 6 - 9pm on April 17th!
