Join us for a hike at a Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park. We'll be doing the Olive and Thermalito Trail Loop. You can find the map on Alltrails.It will initially have tree coverage as we climb up to the crest of the hills. Then it will be open space with meadows and a few cows. The hike is moderate: about 5 miles and 1,115 elevation gain. The hike will last roughly 3 hours.

Meeting: We will meet at the bathrooms of Pleasanton Ridge at 4:00pm. This hike is located off 680 Hwy off Bernal and Foothill Road, past Castle Rock Country club. Near the Foothill staging area.
Note: This is part of Pleasanton Regional Parks off Foothill Road.
Level: Moderate with elevation
Bring: Snacks, water and clothing layers
Dogs: Friendly, well behaved dogs are allowed provided they remain on a non-retractable leash unless the leader decides otherwise.
Possible gathering in Pleasanton for dinner.
