Join us for an outing in 3 locations. We'll start out at a meeting point (to be emailed to registrants leading up to the outing) and walk to Spruce Hill Bird Sanctuary, then head to the BioPond at James G. Kaskey Memorial Park, then end up at Cira Green Park.
Let us find and create a peaceful, magical experience in seemingly hidden outdoor spaces in our city. The offerings on this outing are Bird Watching, Walking/Hiking, Discussion, Meditation, Voluntary Beautification/Cleanup, a Greenhouse Tour, Connection.
This is a Family-Friendly outing, all are welcome.
This outing will be about 4 miles on flat and slow, steady inclined pave terrain. We will have stopping points along the way for discussion and breaks. This outing is open to adults and children. Service dogs only, please.
Food and refreshments will be available for purchase at our last location (Cira Green). Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes.
Getting there: This outing is accessible by public transit. Street parking is also available.
Accessibility: Paved trail, unfortunately not ADA accessible.
The tentative rain date for the outing will be 6/11/25 with detailed information emailed to registrants prior to.
