🇺🇸 Sierra Club Military Outdoors Service Outing 🇺🇸

Join us for a day of service, camaraderie, and giving back at the VFW National Home as part of our Military Outdoors initiative!

🕘 Time: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

The day will kick off with coffee & donuts and a tour of the beautiful campus these families call home to learn about the history and mission of the VFW National Home. Following the tour, we’ll  help install a brand-new swing set for the community as part of  our VFWNH & Sierra Club Military Outdoors partner project. Lunch will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible difference while connecting with fellow veterans and supporters of the military community. Space is limited, register today!

Sierra Club's Military Outdoors (SCMO) program specifically aims to include military and veteran communities and focuses on providing restorative and meaningful outdoor experiences, which can be particularly helpful for service members and veterans transitioning from active duty.

All hands are welcome! While SCMO events focus on the active military and veteran community, Sierra Club outings are open to all who wish to participate.
