Join us for a scenic 5.5-mile hike through the rolling meadows, woodlands, and open fields of Wolcott Mill Metropark’s purple equestrian trail in northern Macomb County. This lesser-known section of the park offers peaceful surroundings, abundant birdlife, and a chance to immerse yourself in early summer’s wild beauty.
This is a moderate hike at a relaxed pace, suitable for anyone comfortable walking 5+ miles. Expect mostly flat terrain with a mix of sun and shade.
