Join the Gateway Group as we celebrate July 4th in Montclair by parading on foot or by bringing your electric cars. The 1.25 miles parade route starts in Montclair’s central business district and ends at Edgemont Park along tree lined streets. Bring homemade signs touting your favorite environmental issue - climate change, drive electric, stop fossil fuels, recycling, tree preservation, etc. Dress in an appropriate costume or regular street clothes. Water for marchers and candy to throw to the kids along the route will be provided.

Cost: Zero

Signup Instructions: Let us know if you are marching or driving. The parade route is approximately 1.25 miles on paved streets with no hills

Bring: Signs for marchers and your electric cars for drivers cars
