Place: Meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Cliff Cave Park (northern parking area) just off Cliff Cave Road near the Mississippi River. Coordinates: 38.463536, -90.2914715 
Leader will be driving a grey RAV4 with plates: GB6-xxx

Directions: From the junction of I-55, I-270, and I-255 in South County, take I-255 east for about 2.5 miles. At Exit 2, turn south on Telegraph Road. In 1.5 miles, turn left at the Circle K onto Cliff Cave Road. In 1.2 miles, the parking lot and restrooms will be on your left.

Difficulty: Easy-Moderate.

This 5 mile hike will be conducted on the bluffs above the Mississippi River. After stopping at the overlook of the Mississippi River, we will hike along the tight network of dirt and paved trails

• All participants must sign a Sierra Club waiver. Sign-up under Outings on the EMG website.  
• A one dollar per person Sierra Club donation is requested.   
• Bug spray is recommended.
• Bring water and dress for the weather.
• Hiking poles are optional.
• Guns are prohibited.
• Welll-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.
