Looking for something to do with your family or on your own? How about seeing the moon and other stars / planets through a telescope and making S'mores outdoors?

Join us for a fun evening with a crackling bonfire and S'mores! We will share ideas and recipes, instruction on how to make a S'more and discussion about what is the "perfect" S'more, fun camping stories, and (weather permitting) we will also have telescopes available and basic instruction provided for viewing the sky at night! All supplies are provided, just make sure to dress for a Minnesota Fall evening outdoors.

We will be meeting at the parking lot at Battel Creek Recreation Center. No permits required.

Fees: No fees

Any specific gear or food/water needs, or prerequisites for participants (such as experience, conditioning, and gear): Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for being outdoors in Fall.
