Canoe/Kayak Trip on the Little Pee Dee River
The last five miles of the Little Pee Dee, just before its confluence with the Great Pee Dee, is one of the most beautiful, exotic, and unique sections of river in SC. Here the river divides and braids into numerous channels through cypress/tupelo swamp, providing a variety of possible remote routes. One of our very favorite canoe trips. Some upstream paddling and maneuvering through tight passages -- not for beginners.
