Barnwell State Park Hike.  This state park was built by the Conservation Corps and has 307 acres worthy of showing some fall foliage.  We will take the Dogwood Trail Loop to Fernhill Trail loop hiking 3 miles through wetlands and mixed pine and hardwood forests.  Dogs are allowed on nonretractable leash only.  Poop bags are required

Level: Moderate (3mile trail at 2mph)

Bring: hiking shoes or supportive sneakers, water, snack, binoculars if desired. dogs must be on nonretractable leash. Poop bags required

Additional Directions: meet at 10:15 for a 10:30 departure in parking lot, bear slightly to the left towards the batroom facilities and swimming area
