Destination: Three Creeks Conservation Area, Tomlin Hill Trailhead (3.5 mile loop).  The area is very scenic and typically Ozarkian with cliffs, rock shelters and a variety of terrestrial and aquatic communities. The trail would likely be classified as moderate with several water crossings; rocky in places.

(Please check web for updates before departure.  If there is a weather watch, the outing will be rescheduled).
(Please submit the Sierra Club Liability Waiver on-line.  It will also be available at the trailhead)

Where To Meet:  Pierpont Store by 12:00 pm (or the Tomlin Hill Trailhead no later than 12:30 pm). Will return to Pierpont Store by 4:30 pm.

Why: To experience the beauty and health benefits of trails in the vicinity of Columbia, MO;  to be an advocate for our wild & scenic resources.  To re-create with like-minded folks who love hiking in the Ozark Highlands.

Level: Moderate

Bring: sturdy, water-proof hiking boots, water, snacks to share, hiking stick (if desired). Be prepared for rain with layered clothing, wool socks, and rain gear.

Carpool: Meet at Pierpont Store at 12:00 pm or the Tomlin Hill Trailhead at 12:30. We will return to Pierpont Store by 4:30 pm.

Note: Carpool transportation is at the sole risk of the participants.
