Explore part of the undeveloped woods that crown Bellevue on this off-trail, approximately 3-mile outing. Starting at the Belle Forest Cave & Arboretum property, this hike will transverse steep hills above two valleys, pick up the high trail that runs the ridgeline, to the West Meade Waterfall and back.

Participants will see why conservation of the 148 acres of the Nashville Highland woods between the two protected properties is so important.
The terrain is similar to that of the Hill Forest of the Warner Parks. Wear sturdy shoes, dress in layers, and bring your poles.

Level: Strenuous

Bring: Hiking boots, poles as needed.

Additional Directions: Registrants will receive meetup parking instructions.

Cancellation Policy: Heavy rain cancels
