O: Thursday Evening Conditioning Hike, WTC Night, La Cañada Flintridge

Special WTC Intro night as we are joined by San Gabriel Valley WTC leader Stephen McDonnell. Enjoy great views of the LA basin and night sky while getting an aerobic hiking workout. Starting from Palm Drive, we hike the Earl Canyon Motorway, a fire road, to the concrete slab, 2.5 miles, to enjoy city views. Total hike distance is 5 miles round trip, 1,300 feet of elevation gain. Meet 6:45 pm, in the north end of the parking lot at Palm Crest Elementary School. We start hiking promptly at 7 pm. This is a front country hike co-sponsored by the Pasadena and Crescenta Valley Groups.
