Join us for a 5-mile hike on the Wilderness Trail at Holly State Recreation Area in Oakland County, starting at the Overlook Trailhead. This easy-to-moderate hike takes you through hilly, wooded terrain with scenic views. A porta potty is available at the scenic overlook, accessible at both the beginning and end of the hike. We’ll take water breaks along the way to stay refreshed.
Although our hikes are always free, we are happy to accept donations to support the Southeast Michigan Group’s activities as part of our activities and programs. A donation jar will be available at registration if you’d like to help fund our important conservation and advocacy work in Metro Detroit.
