It’s time to pull Sierra Club’s wildlands community together to address the crisis before us. America’s wild public lands and endangered species are more at risk than ever under this cruel Trump administration. Fighting for these natural resources that belong to all of us will take all of us. Some of you have joined our gatherings in the past, and we hope to see you and many new activists and chapter volunteers on this day of learning and activism. Join us in Organizing to Protect and Defend America’s Public Lands!

At the Wilderness Renewal, you’ll learn more about the Trump administration’s devastating policies and what’s yet to come. Chapter volunteers and staff will share successful tactics from 2025. We will begin the conversation on how we can defeat this unprecedented national exploitation of America’s wild public lands and natural resources.

You’ll also hear from national Sierra Club leaders on the Club's vision and strategy for success. Governmental and elected officials will talk about the harm to our agencies and our democracy, as well as strategies for repairing the damage. You’ll learn about productive models for action that you can take back to your chapter or group, and how the Wildlands Team can support you going forward. All sections will include time for discussion and questions.

Please register and join with fellow wildlands activists for a virtual session to learn and discuss the current state of land preservation under the Trump Administration. Learn what actions you can take as a Sierra Club volunteer. Once you register, you will receive updates as the agenda develops and details for joining the Renewal. We look forward to seeing you on February 7!
