Join us for a 3.2-mile hike along the Rocky Run Trail in Brandywine Creek State Park where we will admire the sights and sounds of winter and discuss the Delaware Climate Action Plan!
Additional Details About The Trail:
We will have nice views of the Brandywine River and the surrounding forest. There are some rocky areas of mild elevation, so be prepared. The terrain is varied, with sections that are a bit more challenging due to uneven ground and occasional rocky outcroppings, but the effort is rewarded with striking views of the creek and surrounding woodland.
There is parking at the Thompson's Bridge parking lot at Brandywine Creek State Park. This lot can fill up quickly, especially on weekends, so plan to get there early to get a spot.
