Denver Craftivist Night - Picnic in the Park Edition!

I just want to do arts and crafts. Unfortunately, I also want clean energy, affordable bills, corporate accountability, and an economy that doesnt revolve around billionaires. So I decided to combine the two. And I'm inviting you!

Make Stuff. Meet People. Take Power Back.
Or just come hang. Everyone is welcome at Craftivist Night.

Craftivist Night is an inclusive, low-pressure space to build community and make cool art with purpose. In a world that feels increasingly automated and isolating, I'm trying to bring back some joy and remember that creativity can be a form of care and resistance. And I want to provide that to you, whoever you are.

This month (APRIL), we are meeting at City Park for a more just-for-fun style Craftivist Night. I'll be bringing old magazines and collage materials and invite you to bring your own to share for junk journaling and collaging! I'm also bringing a bunch of seeds for a seed swap and will have seedling supplies to start your own crops! We will also have supplies for making your own buttons, assembling zines, painting, drawing, etc.

This craftivist night will also feature MR. WILSON (picture below), my wonderful dog. People and pet-friendly animals are welcome!

If you would like, bring a picnic snack to share or just a project you want to work on in community.

Stay up to date on Craftivist and other community events HERE.
