The Sierra Club promotes renewable energy as a way to reduce our dependance on fossil fuels and fight climate change. In Tennessee, we are continually urging TVA and local power companies to develop more solar and battery storage. But what about your home? Are you working for a more sustainable future by adopting solar for your own home? On July 9, Joe Schiller of the Sierra Club Energy Committee and Dan Terpstra from Third Act, will walk you through the basic first steps to using solar energy and reducing your electricity demands.
