Join Us for Our First Tree Care Event of the Year in Sunland-Tujunga, CA
We have our first Tree Care event of 2026 coming up on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. We will be mulching trees on Foothill and Sunland Boulevard in S-T. We have mulch at the site already and will provide buckets for each person and assign them trees to mulch.
The mulch helps retain the moisture and acts as a barrier to the water rolling off the base of the tree into the gutter.
If you can come, please do. Bring your children, grandchildren, neighbors and friends. Meet others interested in the environment and get a little exercise!
All you need to bring is gloves, a hat and sunscreen (if you need it!) Everything else will be provided and we will have water and snacks.
We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, Feb. 21st at 8 a.m.!
