Loxahatchee Group Energy Committee - Salty Urbanism
Author, architect, and Florida Atlantic University professor Jeffrey Huber will speak about his book Salty Urbanism. Learn how South Florida cities can respond and adapt to rising sea levels. Light refreshments will be served. Event is free and parking vouchers for the City Center Public Parking Garage on 401 Banyan Boulevard are available from the library.

Jeffrey Huber, ASLA, FAIA, LEED AP is a Florida Atlantic University School of Architecture professor in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Principal at the architectural firm, Brooks, Huber and Scarpa, where he manages the South Florida office and author of Salty Urbanism.

A distinguished licensed Architect and Landscape Architect, Huber specializes in public realm projects, which combine ecological, landscape, urban and architectural design. Huber’s research, teaching and professional work have garnered over 75 national design awards including Tau Sigma Delta Gold Medal, the only architect ever to do so from Florida.
