11-mile, easy ride on flat trail. This is the first of a series of leisurely Sunday rides throughout spring. We will view nature and learn about some history along the canal. We will keep an easy pace and enjoy views of the Potomac River along the way.

Level: Easy

Cost: Free, but donations welcome

Signup Instructions: Register here and e-sign the waiver form

Bring: bike and helmet (mandatory), spare tube, water and snack. Dress in layers and wear shoes appropriate for weather.
