The Tomorrow Company's land is permanently protected under a conservation easement co-held by the Capital Region Land Conservancy and the Henricopolis Soil and Water Conservation District. This legal protection ensures that the property will remain undeveloped and stewarded for ecological health, agricultural use, and habitat restoration in perpetuity. The easement reflects our long-term commitment to regenerative land care and guarantees that this place will serve living systems — human and more-than-human — now and forever.
The Tomorrow Company designs companies, develops leaders, grows teams, delivers keynotes and shapes learning.
The Tomorrow CompanyBecky Lakin, cofounder of the Tomorrow Company, will be our tour guide. She is an elected director of the Henricopolis Soil and Eastern Conservation District and leads The Giving Foundation, a nonprofit that supports neighbors in financial crises through
The Giving Wall. She works with other small nonprofits through The Giving Workplace, where she consults on topics of employee experience and the community through a monthly forum known as
Many Hands. Becky is also an adjunct professor of storytelling and communications at Arizona State University within their School of Sustainability, where she teaches post-graduate students the fundamentals of effective communication, in the context of effecting change.
