Join Women Outdoors and Sierra Club Massachusetts in celebrating Earth Day by cleaning up the banks of the Charles River and contributing to the health of the Charles River.

All women and women identified are invited. Bring your lunch for a picnic after the clean-up where we’ll learn about Sierra Club's campaigns and ongoing environmental projects and hear about Women Outdoors's trips and wilderness activities. Please bring water, snacks, insect protection, and wear sunscreen. Consider wearing long pants to avoid tick bites. If you own reusable gardening or work gloves, please bring them to minimize the additional trash we create. We will have some nitrile gloves available for those who need them. Trash bags and picker-uppers will be provided.

Join us for this chance to have fun, hang out with new and old friends, and give back to the Earth.

*** Please fill out the Charles River Watershed Association waiver when you RSVP.
Use Women Outdoors when prompted for the “Name of Group”.
This will save time when we arrive at the site.
The exact parking and meeting location will be announced to registrants in advance of April 25.

Level: Easy

Cancellation Policy: Activity is held rain or shine, but may be altered due to inclement weather
