O: O'Neill Regional Park, Rancho Santa Margarita - Then Lunch at Cooks Corner
Moderate loop hike of 5 miles with 600 feet of elevation gain. Some steep ascents and descents. We will start at the top, then hike down into the park. We will hike up for 360-degree views of the Saddleback Valley. Meet at the end of Altisima, near 29911 Altisima Parkway, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688. Look for leader signing in participants. Bring water, sun protection, hat, hiking boots. Light drizzle goes. Afterwards we will be going over to Cooks Corner for Lunch. This will be the last schedualed hike of our 2026 Winter- Spring Hike Season. There may be ocassional schedualed hikes on Wednesdays in the Summer.
