Up, over and around Signal Hill, with a stop at the Hilltop Park overlook to admire the city lights. 3-4 miles, 500-750 ft. gain/loss. Meet at 7:00 PM, aiming to be back at the cars at 8:30 PM. Easy if you are in good shape, moderate and maybe even strenuous if you are out of shape. Walking on pavement and gravel. Sensible walking shoes, water, layers for cool evening breezes. Drizzle goes, rain cancels. This is a front country outing. 

Directions - Meet at 3500 Industry Drive, Signal Hill. If coming from outside Long Beach: Exit 405 at Lakewood, head south. First right onto Willow. At 2nd light, .5 mile, left onto Redondo. At .4 mile, right onto Industry, between Wine Country and Gymnastic Academy. Park on the street.

The medical form and information you provide will be kept private during the outing, to be referred to or passed along to emergency responders if you have a medical emergency during the outing.
