As TECO continues its reliance on fossil fuels, Hillsborough residents are left carrying the cost. Once more, this May 21st, we are opening the doors to the Emera shareholders' meeting--bringing the public into a space usually reserved for the elite.
Join us on Thursday, May 21st, at 11:00 am ET for our annual community watch of the Emera/TECO board shareholders meeting to learn about any upcoming plans for rate increases! This shareholders' meeting will be a way for us to strategize on possible actions to protect our community against corporate greed.
This is a public meeting open to all; lunch will be provided, so make sure to RSVP and let us know any dietary restrictions!
