Embark on an immersive underwater journey as we explore the captivating depths of Turtle Reef, an impressive artificial reef just north of the Deerfield Beach Pier. This dive adventure unveils a diverse underwater landscape with depths ranging from 5-20 feet and approximately within 300 yards out from shore.

Discover a thriving ecosystem teeming with marine life as you navigate through the crystal-clear waters. Encounters with graceful sea turtles, vibrant tropical fish, octopuses, lobsters, nurse sharks, and other fascinating creatures are common in these reefs. Marvel at the hues and patterns of these underwater inhabitants that call Turtle Reef their home. Keep in mind that marine life sightings may vary, but on a good day, you can expect to witness an array of tropical fish, octopuses, lobsters, and the friendly Green Turtles that inhabit the reefs and utilize the beach for nesting during the summer. Remember to observe these magnificent creatures from a respectful distance, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the underwater landscape, exploring intricate coral formations, natural ledges, and seagrass. Encounter artificial boulders strategically placed to enhance the diversity of the reef and provide unique habitats for marine creatures. Capture unforgettable moments as you marvel at the remarkable biodiversity of this underwater world.

Stats: A 300-yard swim, and then we glide along the reef. Depth ranges from 5-20 feet.

Strong, independent swimming skills REQUIRED. Must bring snorkel fins and snorkel mask.
